I don't have many baking skills, but I wanted to try to make a delicious chocolate cake, so I could try making one for the first time. For this recipe I used several sources and aids that guided me to complete the recipe I prepared. As a result, I got a very delicious Chocolate and Banana Cake. >***No tengo muchas habilidades en la repostería, pero quise intentar hacer una rica torta de chocolate, para así probar hacer por primera vez una. INGREDIENTS

- 500 gr of Wheat Flour. - 400 gr of Sugar. - 200 gr of Cocoa Powder. - 100 gr of Milk Powder. - 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda. - 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt. - 250 gr of Margarine. - 3 Bananas (Large). - 300 ml of Warm Water. - 4 Eggs (Large). - 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla Extract.

- 500 gr de Harina de Trigo. - 400 gr de Azúcar. - 200 gr de Cacao en polvo. - 100 gr de Leche en polvo. - 1 Cucharadita de Bicarbonato de Sodio. - 1/2 Cucharadita de Sal. - 250 gr de Margarina. - 3 Cambures (Grandes). - 300 ml de Agua tibia. - 4 Huevos (Grandes). - 2 Cucharadita de Extracto de Vainilla.

To start, I sifted the dry ingredients, such as flour, chocolate, baking soda, powdered milk and salt. I did this step at the beginning so that it would be ready when I needed to use it and I wouldn't have to stop to do this, anyway everyone recommends this, so it's not a surprise. >***Para iniciar, tamisé los ingredientes secos, tales como la harina, chocolate, bicarbonato, leche en polvo y sal. Then, when the margarine is creamed with the sugar, you start adding the eggs one by one and beating very well while you add them. Here I realize that the mixture grows a lot and I was a bit worried because I thought the bowl where I was beating was small. >***Luego, cuando la margarina está cremada con la azúcar, se empieza a agregar los huevo uno a uno y batiendo muy bien mientras los agrego. After adding all the eggs and beating them well, I added 4 small bananas. Although the recipe is for large ones, I had bought bananas and thought of adding them to my mixture to see what would happen. This gave me surprising results when they came out of the oven. Something I don't like about bananas is how quickly they start to oxidize when you peel them. They didn't last long at all and here in this photo you can see the color they got. >***Luego de añadir todos los huevo, y haberlos batido muy bien, agregue 4 cambures pequeños, aunque la receta es con grandes, había comprado cambures y se me ocurrió agregarlos a mi mezcla a ver que sucedía, esto me dio resultados sorprendentes al salir del horno. Once I added the bananas and beat them well into the mixture, I began to add the dry ingredients. Here I made the mistake of not mixing these ingredients so that everything was added equally, but that didn't affect anything. I followed this step as instructed, adding half of all the dry ingredients and half of the water indicated in the ingredients, then I added the rest of both and finished beating my cake mixture. >***ya que agregé los cambures y los batí muy bien a la mezcla, comencé a añadir los ingredientes secos, aquí tuve el error de no mezclar estos ingredientes para que todo se añadiera por igual, pero eso no afectó en nada. You should grease the baking pan with margarine, and also add flour and spread it so that it integrates with the margarine. Then, I added all the mixture into the pan, here you can see that it has a beautiful chocolate color, after adding it I placed it in the oven. >***Deben engrasar con margarina el molde donde se va a hornear, y tambien agregarle harina y esparcirlo de modo que se integre a la margarina. Our oven was adapted to be electric, due to the gas shortage in Venezuela. I don't know for sure how hot it is, but it has always been the same as a gas oven. The recipe indicates that you should preheat the oven to 180°C and put it in for about 90 minutes. And that's how I did it. I think it lasted at least 15 minutes more. >***Nuestro horno fue adaptado para que fuese eléctrico, por la escasez de gas que hay en Venezuela. No tengo con claridad la temperatura que este maneja, pero siempre a sido igual al de uno de gas. La receta indica que se debe precalentar el horno a 180°C y colocarlo alrededor de 90 minutos.
