Shrimp Stir-Fry with Sausage and Oyster Sauce

Oyster sauce is a delicious condiment that goes well with any dish. This time, we will use this sauce to make a flavorful shrimp stir-fry that is perfect to enjoy at lunchtime with warm white rice. Procedure

**Prepare the shrimp and sausage by cleaning and removing the shells, then season with a little salt and fresh lemon juice. While waiting for the salt to soak in, finely chop the onion.**
