### La beneficiosa Soledad En un mundo en el que estamos conectados constantemente, esto puede resultar agotador. Por eso es necesario tener momentos a solas para regular nuestra energía psíquica, para reflexionar, para reforzar y actualizar nuestros conocimientos sobre nosotros mismos. Es que, necesitamos interactuar con otros, vernos a través de lo que expresamos y aprender de lo que los otros expresan. Más, la experiencia que se tiene cuando se siente [**aislamiento social**](https://www.psicoglobal.com/blog/soledad-aislamiento-social), que es *la restricción física hacia los demás o distanciamiento de los otros*, que puede ocurrir en el trabajo, en las escuelas, en las plataformas como #Hive, donde interactuamos; tiene impactos negativos en la salud. *La conexión humana básica da la sensación de propósito a la vida, por lo tanto, nos define y nos tranquiliza.* Largos periodos de aislamiento pueden afectar psicológicamente al ser humano, y también en el aspecto físico. Hay señales, como la incapacidad de conectar con otras personas, sentirse incómodo a nivel social o desvalorizado y con dudas al compararnos; que deben alertarnos a trabajarnos. En niños y adolescentes, retraerse puede provocar lesiones graves en la autoestima. Es la ***[Escala de Soledad de UCLA](https://www.psicoactiva.com/test/test-escala-de-soledad-de-ucla/#google_vignette)***, que sirve para medir una realidad subjetiva o la percepción que tenemos de cómo nos conectamos como individuo a nivel social. Ayuda a la valoración de problemas que estamos dejando a un lado, y permite hasta descartar trastornos depresivos. Este **Domingo de Séptimo Día**, nos gustaría que respondieras **siete** preguntas claves, basadas en este test. *Vas a valorarlas con puntuaciones del uno al 10, según tu percepción.* Tomaremos como bajas puntuaciones o dentro del rango normal, las que estén bajo 25 puntos; medias, entre 25 y 35; y alertas, después de 35 puntos. *Y esto, según mi valoración personal y sin validación científica del instrumento; solo basado en mi expieriencia clínica.* Como veremos, en la medida en que esta puntuación sea elevada, más te acercarás a indicios de un aislamiento social o soledad negativa en camino, por lo que se te sugiere investigar algún componente de soledad que necesite ser tratado en ti.
